From Albania, the pianist Mirsa Adami’s association with the DNOA began in 2000.  During fifteen years under the directorship of renowned tenor Alexander Oliver, she worked with conductors Paul McCreesh, José Miguel Esandi, Richard Egarr, Kenneth Montgomery, Henrik Schaefer, Walter Althammer, Antony Hermus, etc. She has collaborated with directors Floris Visser, Tim Nelson, Marcel Sijm, Lotte de Beer, Klaus Bertisch, Cynthia Buchan, Javier López Piñón and Alexander Oliver.

Mirsa frequently performs in concerts of opera repertoire with the students of DNOA and other singers.

For ten years now, she has accompanied the lessons and master classes of Ira Siff, song coach and commentator of the Metropolitan Opera radio broadcasts.

She has played at auditions for various impresarios and has participated in a variety of projects and productions of the Dutch National Opera (DNO) in Amsterdam. With Opera Armida she performed Verdi’s La Traviata and Il Trovatore during tours in the Netherlands.

In addition to opera, Mirsa has a fondness of chamber music. She regularly performs with classical soloists and ensembles and can be heard in recordings for TV and radio, as well as on cd.
