Her interest in mentoring and supporting young singers led her to co-found the Internationale Sommerakademie am Rhein in Rheinbischofsheim where she leads an intensive summer programme each year.

An avid recitalist and chamber musician, she has given concerts throughout Europe including Berlin, Munich, Edinburgh. She enjoys close collaborations with many singers including her duo partner, the award winning baritone Benjamin Russell amongst others. A CD of 20th century English songs “Whither must I wander” has recently been published by Ballhorn Records.

Following the 2021/22 season Christina Domnick completed her contract in Wiesbaden in order to dedicate herself to her private studio working as a coach with both established and emerging artists in Germany, France and further afield. In addition to her freelance work in a number of theatres including the Hessisches Staatstheater, she continues her association with the DNOA where she has been a guest coach since 2019.
